I heard a fascinating piece of information in the session Communications Makes a Good Place to Work. When they stacked up Fortune’s top 100 Best Companies to Work for in America against other companies trading on the stock market, the Top 100 financially outperformed everyone in the various stock market indices.
This annual list that Fortune publishes revealed that great internal communications is the foundation of a great place to work.
