IABC President Julie Freeman, ABC, APR, and 2007-08 Chair Todd Hattori, ABC, discuss the IABC eXchange. Julie and Todd look at the development of this newest IABC member benefit, some of its features, ways in which members can use the eXchange, and highlight examples of some members’ new blogs.

Joseph Ugalde, VP of Marketing Communication at IABC headquarters, reports with updates on IABC programs and events in the coming months.

Plus an interview with Annita Stokes Thomas who discusses cross-cultural communication within organizations, with advice on why communicators should be aware of (and understand) cultural differences, things communicators need to do to better understand the various cultures they work with in their organizations, and three top tips for communicating across cultures.
