IABC President Julie Freeman and 2006-2007 Chair Glenda Holmes discuss what the means to the communication profession.

Then, Steve Freeman discussed his new book, “Vital Connections: Building Key Relations with Stakeholders” (co-authored by Linda Mastaglio), published by IABC.
