The relaunch of Café2Go continues as we present our first edition of “The Café2Go Interview.” Our monthly chat with a guest communication expert will now be separate from the regular Café2Go podcast, which features the IABC chair and president.
This month, co-host Neville Hobson, ABC, talks to Robin McCasland, 2009-2010 chair of the IABC Research Foundation about the results of the recent IABC - Buck Consultants survey on employee engagement and how organizations are using social media for internal communication.

Episode #33 of the IABC podcast, Cafe2Go, ushers in a new format. Rather than a single episode containing a chat between President Julie Freeman, ABC, and Chair Mark Schumann, ABC, along with an interview, IABC will produce multiple shorter episodes during the month, each containing one feature along with a brief update of IABC activities.
In this first episode under the new format, Cafe2Go host Joseph Ugalde, IABC VP of Marketing and Communication, facilitates the first conversation between Julie and Mark as Mark was about to take office at the annual general meeting. The discussion was recorded live at the IABC World Conference in San Francisco. Mark and Julie discuss the role of the chair and Mark talks about his vision for the 2009-2010 term.

Joseph Ugalde, Mark Schumann, ABC, and Julie Freeman, ABC, record episode 33 of Cafe2Go
